Committee Interest/Volunteer Form Online
There are many ways you can support your Oakwell Farms community. Help create a strong environment by assisting with special events, community outreach, and more!
The main committees include the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) that reviews all architectural requests; the Controlled Access Committee that assists with the security cameras and managing our security contractor; the Community Club Committee that encourages community involvement for activities and events; The Grounds Committee that works with the HOA Board, the grounds contractor, and Grounds Supervisor to manage the flora throughout the community as well as the OWF master grounds plan; the Pool Committee that is responsible for updates to pool rules and assists with the operation of the pool contractor for maintenance and lifeguards; the Street Committee that leads most capital projects (i.e. streets, major improvements, irrigation); the Tennis/Pickleball Committee that updates the rules and works with the HOA Board on court maintenance issues.
