Before any pass can be issued you will need to be registered with an account in the Dwelling Live (DL) management system and have entered the names of your permanent guests in your account.
Guest Passes are simply permanently entered guests that can have a QR code printed by the guards at the north gate. Once a permanent guest is in the system, a pass can be printed, but it is optional. These paper passes only save time for the guards to verify the guest. For guests with or without a guest pass, there will be no need to bother you with calls to approve a guest’s entry.
All guests still have to check in to the north gate for access.Guest passes for single day or temporary guests will not be issued.
Passes for temporary guests of any longer than one day are optional since the guards can see the expected duration of visits if they are entered in the system. This prevents the need for repeated calls to residents for permission to enter.
Passes for permanent guests are valid for 365 days from the date of issue. The guests’ names remain in the system until removed by the resident, so if a pass expires and you have forgotten to renew it, the guest can still be admitted without a call to or from you.
